We(me and my wife) sent three help requests, first two(20/07 and 23/07) replace/cancel tickets for a refund(please my wife has a bad pregnancy) and the third(28/06) is about the mistake "kupibilet" made while informing Turkish airlines (a name instead of family name and vice versa).

It is only three days left for the flight (my flight in early morning of 3th in July). Please help.
